You Are A River

You are a river, flowing downstream. Away from what was, towards what will be.

Along the path of a river, beastly forces will throw pebbles, skip rocks, and dump boulders, causing ripples – it’s natural.

In a river, ripples do not last forever – it's naturally unnatural. The pebbles and rocks and boulders, however, will forever live within the river.

When life throws hardships, obstacles, and impediments, it causes anxiety, discomfort, and disturbance. Those feelings are natural, it's what makes us human.

The experiences will always live within us, but they mustn't ripple our rivers forever. As a river returns to its flowing state, we must return to our flowing state.
